Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free):

    • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after processing.

    • Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Expedited Shipping (Paid Option):

    • Need your order faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for 2-3 business day delivery (additional fees apply).

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our services in the future.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).

  • For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a physical address for delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s status. If you experience delays, check the tracking link first or contact us for assistance.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately—we may be able to update it before shipment.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging your order, issues can sometimes occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Returns & Refunds Policy

  • United States only.

Return Policy

  • Accept Returns: Yes (for defective and non-defective products).

  • Accept Exchanges: Yes.

  • Product Condition: Must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery date.

Return Methods

  1. By Mail (Prepaid return label included in package—free).

  2. Drop-Off Location (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

  3. In-Store Returns (6221 Corporate Dr, Houston, TX 77036).

Fees & Processing

  • Restocking Fee: None.

  • Refund Processing Time: 3–5 business days after receiving returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
